- What counts as one email?
- Each recipient of a live email uses 1 credit, so an email to three people uses 3. Emails sent with test keys are free.
- How do the free credits work?
- A new workspace gets 3,000 free credits when it verifies its first sending domain, once per person and once per domain.
- Do credits expire?
- Credits are valid for 90 days from the day they are bought or granted. The oldest credits are used first, and the dashboard shows when the next ones expire.
- How much can I send?
- New workspaces can send to 100 recipients per rolling 24 hours, so a new account cannot be used for spam. The limit rises to 10,000 after the first paid top-up, and higher limits are available on request.
- Do I get credits back for emails that are not sent?
- Yes. Credits for emails that are cancelled before sending, or stopped because a recipient is on your suppression list, return to your balance.
- How do I pay?
- By card through Stripe, from USD 10 per top-up. Turn on auto-recharge to top up automatically when your balance runs low. Prices exclude taxes.
