Subprocessors
Draft under legal review
Postilon is not yet open to the public. This document may change before launch, and text in [square brackets] is still to be filled in.
Draft of 25 October 2026
These companies process Customer Data for Postilon under the Data Processing Addendum. We give at least 30 days' notice, by email to account owners and on this page, before a new subprocessor processes Customer Data.
| Subprocessor | What it does with Customer Data | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud ([Google entity per the Google Cloud agreement]) | Runs the API, delivery workers, database, backups, logs and monitoring; hosts the outbound mail and SMTP relay servers | United States (us-east4) |
| Google Workspace | Holds support email, which contains Customer Data only if the Customer sends it there | Singapore |
Stripe (card payments) and Cloudflare (DNS) do not receive Customer Data, so they are not subprocessors under the Data Processing Addendum; they appear in the Privacy Policy. Recipients' mailbox providers receive emails because the Customer addressed them, not as Postilon's subprocessors.
